No festive gathering is
complete without a huge dish full of cocktail sausages smothered in honey and mustard. They are too yummy to miss out on, and if you're in charge of cooking them you get to enjoy a few in the kitchen before you hand them around to guests!
- 40-50 cocktail sausages (get good quality ones!)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp runny honey
- 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Pre-heat your oven to 200c. Pop the oil into a roasting pan and add the sausages. Cook for 20 mins, turning them after 10 mins, until the sausages are pretty brown all over. Then add the honey and mustard and stir. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes - then they are ready to go onto a big platter with some cocktail sticks.
